After 25 years of leading high-performance teams and optimizing complex processes,
Jason has transitioned from the manufacturing floor to the financial sector. With a career
defined by multiple leadership roles in Operations and Engineering, he brings a unique,
systems-based approach to wealth management and financial planning.
Jason spent decades ensuring process integrity, operational efficiency, and long-term
scalability in industrial environments. He now applies that same analytical precision to
help clients engineer their financial futures. Having managed large-scale budgets and
intricate technical projects, he understands that a successful financial plan—much like a
successful operation—requires disciplined risk management, clear forecasting, and a
commitment to data-driven results.
Now focused on personal finance, Jason leverages his veteran perspective to help
families and professionals build "operational excellence" in their own financial futures.
He holds a BS in Technology Management and is Series 65 certified. Outside of work,
he enjoys coaching youth sports and watching his boys participate in the sports they
love. He remains passionate about understanding the mechanics behind how
systems—and markets—work.
